Data Privacy Policy

This section contains the privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) governing the processing of the personal data by 360Energy SA, of those individuals who access and/or use the functionalities of the website owned by 360Energy SA. (hereinafter the “Personal Data” and the “Site”, respectively).


For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, a user shall be defined as any natural or legal entity that accesses or has accessed this Site, subject therefore to the Terms and Conditions of Use and the provisions of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “ User/s"). The regulations, of a mandatory nature, govern and protect all aspects related to personal data stored in databases, registries, files or any technical means of data processing, whether in the public or private domain, designed for the purpose of transmitting data or providing reports, in such a way as to guarantee the right to honor the privacy of people, as well as access to the information that is recorded about them.

If the User provides information about another person to 360Energy SA, the User declares that he has obtained the corresponding authorization from the owner of the data for its collection and processing in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

360Energy SA shall never use Personal Data for purposes other than those mentioned in this Privacy Policy. Depending on the interactions User have with the Site, the Personal Data collected will be employed by 360Energy SA for one or more of the following purposes:

The owner of the Personal Data possesses the authority to exercise the right of access to said data, free of charge, with intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven for such access in accordance with the provisions of article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326. Likewise, when applicable, the owners of Personal Data have the right to exercise the rights of rectification and deletion of Personal Data.


The National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data, serving as the regulatory authority pursuant to Law No. 25.326, holds the jurisdictionto address complaints and claims submitted concerning violations of regulations governing the protection of personal data.

To exercise these rights, the owner of the Personal Data must submit a formal request, either in person or remotely, utilizing any of the following methods: electronic messaging, written correspondence, or a written submission with a notarized signature before the Bankor Notary, and/or postal or telegraphic means.

The request must include the following details: a) Full name; b) Original or authenticated copy of their National Identity Document (DNI) or an equivalent legally valid document that proves their identity; c) Address; d) Postal Code; e) Telephone number; f) Email; g) Specification of the type of right being exercised(e.g.,right of access, deletion, rectification, updating or submission to confidentiality). In these last three cases they must provide a brief explanation justifying the request; h) Indication of the preferred means for receiving the information, which may be provided in writing, by electronic, telephone, image, or  any other suitable means,a as per article 15.3 of Law 25.326;and i) An holographic signature at the end of the application.
