Integrated Management System Policy

At 360 Energy we are committed to the development of electrical energy generation from renewable sources, favoring the reconversion of the energy matrix and contributing to the mitigation of climate change.

We develop photovoltaic solar plants contemplating their engineering, construction, start-up and operation.

Those of us who make up 360 Energy continuously work based on the requirements established in international standards referring to Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

The pillars on which our Policy is based are:

To comply with applicable legal and other requirements, related to environmental aspects, hazards and risks to safety and health at work.
To recognize staff as the main asset of our company, encouraging the participation and consultation of our work team and creating a climate that favors the commitment, involvement, initiative, and professional development of our employees, providing constant training, awareness and effective tools that add value.
To provide safe and healthy working conditions, maintaining the commitment to prevent damage and deterioration of the health of employees and third parties involved, working for the elimination of hazards and reduction of risks, and promoting a proactive and responsible attitude in each employee.
To promote environmental protection, including a solid commitment to prevent environmental pollution by identifying and mitigating any environmental incident that could affect both its processes and the surrounding communities.
To promote the rational and responsible use of resources for all our activities.
To guarantee the quality of processes in order to increase the efficiency of our work and the satisfaction of our clients.
To work with suppliers that adhere to our business philosophy and principles, facilitating the achievement of our business mission and generating solid, long-term relationships.
To develop ourselves as a leading company in the renewable energy sector, through the continuous improvement of our activities.

This Corporate Policy is part of the business strategy and is a priority in all activities carried out by the companies controlled by 360 Energy S.A., namely: 360 Energy Solar S.A. and 360 Energy Catamarca S.A., so we ensure its distribution, understanding and compliance by all staff and its availability to interested parties.
